*SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS FOR DEFERRED PAYMENT ORDERS ONLY (PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED)
RESTRICTIONS:
APPROVAL FOR SPT CAN ONLY BE GRANTED IF:
You place an order for:
1000 or more broilers
1000 or more egg layer chicks
OR
You own or operate a feed store and are purchasing poultry for your feed store
During checkout, on the cart page, if you are placing orders for multiple hatch dates, such as if you were placing orders for an entire year, OR meet any of the other criteria listed abolve AND if your account has been approved for this payment method, you may select the payment method, Pay Later Using My Account. (You must be logged in to see and use this payment method).
If you account is approved, your account will be tagged with a specific tag, which allows this payment to show up on the cart page as an available payment method.
If your account is not approved to use this payment method, you will not see this payment option.
This payment method allows you to only pay for each hatch date order, as it ships, rather than having to pay for the entire order at checkout.
*Payment is processed on the Monday of the ship week. Orders for which payment declines, must be paid for by Tuesday morning, when the order ships, or the order will be cancelled, and will not ship.
In order to use this payment method, you must call us to place payment information on file.
You will be emailed a copy of the terms and conditions, which are required to be electronically acknowledged, by checking the box in the email that you accept and agree to the terms and conditions.
You must be logged into your account or you will not see this payment method on the cart page.

SPT (Special Payment Terms Credit System):
Due to factors outside of our control, relating to increased production and freight costs, as well as variable supply costs, we are no longer able to guarantee pricing for an entire year.
Instead, pricing will float based upon current market conditions, for orders which are not paid in full at the time of order placement.
Below are the terms and conditions relating to the utilization of our SPT (Special Payment Terms) Credit System
The pricing stated on the website for any product, is the current product price. Any order paid in full at the time of order placement, will receive this price for the entirety of the order.
By agreeing to our usage terms for SPT, you acknowledge that you are reserving hatching dates and chick quantities only, since the purpose of SPT is to provide customers with the ability to place an order for a future hatch date, but not pay for it, until 1 day before shipment.
As such, pricing is subject to change, with notice, in accordance with the terms below:
By placing an order utilizing SPT (Special Payment Terms) Credit System as a deferred payment option, you agree to the following terms:
- We reserve the right to make changes to chick pricing at any time, based upon current market conditions.
- All price changes relating to SPT orders, will be provided to you with notice. Price changes will take effect 30 days after receiving notice of an upcoming pricing update, by email. You will receive an updated order confirmation email, once the updated prices take effect on current orders.
Pricing on the website, for new orders will update automatically as soon as price change notice is given, but will not take effect on current orders, already placed, but not yet paid for, until 30 days after electronic notice has been provided to all SPT customers.
- 1 day before the hatch/ship date for your order, your on-file card will be charged the amount shown on your most current order confirmation. You will receive an electronic receipt for each payment. If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If you are unable to provide a successful payment by the hatch/ship date, you will be notified that your order for that hatch date has been cancelled. Once payment has been successfully completed, your missed hatch/ship date can be rescheduled for the next available hatch/ship date.

When placing your first SPT order for the season, or if you are a new customer who has been approved to use this payment method, the payment for your first hatch date listed on your order, will be processed as soon as your order is placed, as a deposit against the order.
