Feed & Supplies Order Pickup/Refund/Return Policies
Warehouse Loadout Hours:
Warehouse loadout is offered Tuesday and Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 at our Jenks Hatchery Feed Warehouse location. Walk up orders are accepted and welcomed, but many customers prefer to pre-order their feed to guarantee product availability prior to pick up.

Self-Service Pickup Lockers:
Self-service pickup lockers are available for your convenience, select an order ready time window in checkout, and retrieve your order within 24 hours, between 8 am and 7pm, Monday-Friday. Once your order is ready, we will text you a one time locker code.
Cancellation Policies:
Pre-ordered pickup orders may be cancelled up to 1 week prior to pickup, but cannot be cancelled less than 7 days prior to pickup.
All cancelled orders are charged a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds:
If the product that you pickup is damaged or defective, please contact us and send us photos to sales@jenkshatchery.com, so that we can assess the situation and offer a refund if the product is deemed damaged or defective. For defective feed products, we require both a picture of the feed and feed tag, so that we can report the issue to the mill so that they can assist in determining what is wrong with the feed product. Refunds CANNOT be processed without photos.
Returns:
To protect the biosecurity of our hatchery, feed store, and customers, and to prevent the transmisson of poultry diseases and bacteria, WE CANNOT accept returns or exhanges on any products, after they have left our feed store.
Instead, we can refund you for the product if it is deemed defective or damaged, see refund policy above.
