We guarantee your shipment of chicks and poults will arrive 100% alive and in good condition.

On all USPS orders, as available, we will add 2% extra chicks to ensure that you receive the quantity of live chicks that you ordered, upon arrival!

We guarantee 100% live delivery of poultry paid for. Please examine the poultry at the time of delivery to be sure they arrived in good condition. If the shipment arrived in poor condition, immediately notify us and, if the shipment was insured, immediately inform your postmaster.

Our Warranty**:

The poultry described in the order will be in good condition, so far as can reasonably be determined, at the time of delivery by Jenks Hatchery, who has exercised egg selection, production and handling methods including sanitary and disease control standards accepted in the industry. It is understood, agreed and considered reasonable that THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, expressed or implied, with respect to the poultry, other than those specifically stated in this agreement, and Jenks Hatchery specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness of the poultry. The seller's liability, for any reason whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods or services claimed to be defective, and in no event shall Jenks Hatchery be held liable for any consequential or incidental damage. By acceptance of the poultry, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers herein set forth are conditions of the sale, and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty or other liabilities and the remedy therefore.

25 chicks per shipment is our suggested minimum order quantity for all poultry, as this quantity of poultry, provides precisely the proper shipping environment, per bird. However, meeting this suggested minimum is not mandatory. We will ship a minimum quantity of 10 chicks, via USPS in Zone 1. Zones 2 and 3 have a shipping minimum of 25 chicks.
