Missed Local Pickup Policy (No Call, No Show)
If you schedule a pickup time for your order and you do not arrive at our designated location at the scheduled time, and you do not contact us prior to the pickup time to notify us of your absence, or schedule change, we will enact our No Call, No Show, Abandoned Order Policy.
If you need to change your pick up time, please call us prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Before the hatch date, changes can always be made to pickup times.
If contact is not made by 12:00pm the day after the scheduled pickup day, you will forfeit your order, you will be liable for the entire price of that order, no refund will be provided, the chicks be rehomed and if no correspondence is received from the customer by the end of the business day all future orders will be cancelled and no future orders can be placed with us until the matter is resolved.
